Lowe Farm School began to dismantle their playground last week after donations reached the $10,000 mark towards their new natural playground. Principal Brad Wainikka said they recently were presented with a $3,500 donation from Rempel Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Two Altona elementary schools have successfully completed the “Go Active! Fitness Challenge”, earning $500 in Wintergreen phys-ed credits to use towards new gym equipment. More than 890 students from 50 schools across Manitoba have successfully completed the challenge.
