Everything Fitz stars season

From violin virtuoso to symphony and Irish tenor to theatre, Southern Manitoba Concerts’ 38th season has a line-up that will appeal to every taste.

The season kicks off November 8 with Everything Fitz taking to the stage in Morden.

Everything Fitz features the Fitzgerald family from Bancroft, Ontario. Four of Canada’s finest young musicians combine high-energy fiddling with step dancing to bring you a heartwarming performance. Their unique show combines a variety of musical styles - from Celtic to Bluegrass, Western Swing to novelty tunes. Three of the family members are champion fiddlers and together provide solo and three-part fiddle harmonies. An audience favorite is the award-winning choreographed Ottawa Valley step dancing routines performed by all four siblings.

The curtain goes up on Everything Fitz at 3 p.m. at the Morden Community Centre Hall at 111 Gilmour Street, on Sunday, Nov. 8.
